Other: Transient Camping: I heard someone talking in the trees while walking my dog this morning about 8:30 and noticed an occupied black and gray tent here. There is also something blue, maybe clothing, hanging from a nearby branch. It is not far into the tree line on the east side of the rail trail. The closest road is Church Lane (easily walkable from the parking lot), about 100 feet north of the pedestrian roundabout (west to Victor Pike, south to Church Lane, north to That Road) and maybe 50 feet north of the roundabout sign that sits north of the roundabout itself. I do not want transient camping to become a norm near the trail and would like them moved along.
