Other: A young man has been traveling on sidewalk at a high speed on a one-wheel electric skateboard on East Moores Pike between Clifton Ave and Southeast park, eyes on phone or device as he skates and at times no helmet or protective gear. Medium/shoulder-length brown hair, goatee, shorts and t-shirt. We worry about the entrance of Sycamore Village, as he does not stop for traffic.

Thank you for notifying us of this issue. Unfortunately there is little we can do after the fact to address this. I will notify BPD of the location but they would have to be present during a moving violation to enforce. This is an growing issue with new types and increasing speeds of electric vehicles. I'm sorry we don't have a clear fix at this time but I am happy to share this feedback. Thank you
