Other: The edge of the road has crumbled over the culvert that passes under Winslow Road. Would cause catastrophic damage to a vehicle if hit by a car wheel. Exact site is about 50 yards west of 1001 E Winslow Roads mailbox. Issue is on the north side of the road.
