Other: Owner has at least 6 cats and large dog in small camper. The property doesn’t look safe for anyone. The cats aren’t fixed and the babies are inbred. The neighbor has rescued one from the property and it was infested with flees. I’m worried for the animals well being but also hers. The property is piled with trash and seems like a fire hazard. It’s a tv in the back I believe 186 is the lot number.
