Other: 828 University ave. The air conditioner makes a lot of noise. I live next door and have called the landlord, Matt Weiss, and asked the maintenance person to look into it. It has not been taken care of.
It sits on the sidewalk in the back of the house.
We can't sit on our porch because it is so loud.
I'm not sure if this is the right avenue to complain. Please let me know if there is a better way to get him to fix it or install a new one.
