Animal Control & Neglected Pets:

Other: Dog ambushing other people walking by with other dogs on leashes. Very aggressive like. Very scared my dog and myself. Homeowner of dog not present. Dog needs to be on a leash or with owner when outside not to go aggressive to people on sidewalk or roadway.
