The system is working as configured. Close Calls are a black box, only visible to staff.
Other: "Close Call" reports via uReport are not emailed to the person who submits the ticket. In addition, if I record the case number at the time of submission, I cannot look back at the ticket due to a "sorry you're not allowed to go there" page.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 2 days, although some cases may be longer. 0 days have already passed.
