This portal is used to report street lighting issues directly to Duke Energy. They are the ones who have the means to remediate street lighting related issues. From the link, click on Indiana. Use the map to find your house/street light or type in your address in the map's search bar. Once you find your specific street light you can click on it and file the report from there.
