Other: Employees, visitors, and bus stop users all continue to violate no smoking ordinance per state and local policy. Anyone using the sidewalks and going through doors to buildings they have to use are subjected to smoke inhalation all throughout the week. Please address this. Especially bad by trash enclosure and county bench near north intersection heading towards trades on county side sidewalk.
