Other: During farmers market weekends, the B Line trail often gets blocked by people forming a line across the trail (red line drawn on photo), instead of sticking along parallel to direction of travel on the trail to the side (pink line drawn on photo). I would like to ask if the city could work with Le Petit Cafe to create a barrier with signage, perhaps out of traffic cones (white dots drawn on photo), on the weekends in order to facilitate a line forming in a way that keeps the B Line trail accessible.
