Water Utility Billing Problems:

Other: My water bill isn’t regulated and the water bill fluctuates and without information about why my bills are higher I am only a household of one person - and my power goes on and off and it’s off sometimes for longer than 8 hours. I also found out they have empty trailers and they are having us residence cover the bills for those empty trailers and that isn’t right.
