Other: Unpacked on the north/south street Between Morton and Madison on Friday 6/26. In that area small rectangular signs about 10x12 are posted about 8 ft high sporadically along the street. 3 parking spots away from me. I didn’t notice any signs so I parked there and received a $40 ticket. That is extremely disappointing considering I was visiting Upland and Bloomington from out of town. This is a poor way to encourage visitors to come to town and support local businesses. Very aggravating. I grew up in Bloomington and am disappointed to have this when I returned for a visit.
