Other: When i'm running westbound on Allen street, crossing South Walnut, there are some pedestrian activated, yellow crosswalk, blinking lights. When traveling westbound, I activate the first set of lights by pressing a button. The lights start blinking, I cross halfway across south walnut, where in the median, there is another button I push to activate a second set of blinking, yellow pedestrian lights and I continue traveling west across south Walnut. That second set of lights is not working.
