You are right that the signal timing at 2nd and Rogers needs to be adjusted for the College Avenue closure detour. The timing that was initially provided was for regular conditions, and it did not adequately account for the added detour traffic using Rogers to turn east onto 2nd. That was an oversight on our end, and I apologize for the added delay and frustration. We are already working with the temporary signal contractor to correct this.
