Other: There's a path that connects The Park On Morton apartment complex (W Georgia Ave) to N College Ave. It runs between the train tracks and private property. I have no idea whose responsibility it is but it's in poor shape now. Mud has washed across a lot of it (some from construction, and some from an unstabilized hillside), and weeds have grown almost entirely across it. Thanks!
