Other: Smith Avenue from Howe street to Walker Street is one big mess. Nowhere near to being straight swerves left to right from years of neglect the pavement extremely full of potholes at the intersection at Davidson and Smith. This section could use some serious attention. Probably nothing short of a total tear out and replace it’s used quite often in this prospect Hill area especially with all the construction going on on 2nd Street. This is a one lane street 0 parking no way for two-way traffic and it is habitually overgrown to the point where it looks more like an alley than a street. Maybe if people could see it as a street more care might be given thank you Brenda Wells 60 year resident of Prospect Hill.
