Other: I'd like to recommend a left turn arrow signal at 3rd and Washingtonbe added. When turning left onto Washington, headed west, there are long waits and backups. Buses, police vehicles, and more vehicles turn there to take Washington St. south and new traffic from the convention center will compound this problem. Hoping you'll consider adding this to the current traffic light.
