Other: The daily situation in the park is so bad now that people are even complaining about it on reddit - https://reddit.com/r/bloomington/comments/1v34gaw/building_trades_park/ Every single day, all day, there is a group of men from outside the neighborhood that set up and drink, gamble, smoke weed, sell drugs, fight and scream. Every. Single. Day. The "security patrols" are pathetic, they never confront these people. Cops never patrol, no city employees are ever present in this park. There is a playground where people used to take their kids, but no sane parent would allow their children in the park when these men are present. The neighborhood is begging you to do something before the violence escalates.
