Other: I was in my car turning from Fountain Drive onto North Adams Street to head south. There is consistently low visibility for vehicles coming from the train tracks, even when the foliage is cut and maintained, so that's not relevant to my issue. It looked clear after checking twice, so I went. As I was in the process of turning, I saw that a vehicle had gotten over the train tracks and was heading my way, but I was already out in the process of turning, so I had to complete my turn. This caused aggressive behavior from the driver, who I believe had already been speeding down Adams. They started to tailgate my vehicle. I needed to turn to go east (and additionally needed to come to a complete stop to do so because there was a line of traffic heading north), but they were tailgating my vehicle to the point that I could not complete a turn until Patterson Drive, forcing me to turn around and come back North on Adams.
