Other: The large Pin Oak across the street (and listed as a City Tree in the Treekeeper site) has a large impending branch extending over S. Clifton Ave. There is a large snag caught in the branch. This large snag is going to fall and potentially strike pedestrians, cars, or anyone else using Clifton Ave. Moreover, the branch itself is now sagging much more than in the past. We fear that the branch will fall soon and cause an injury or property damage.
