Other: I previously reported a pothole at this location, and it was filled. Thanks for that. However, the pothole patch alone has not resolved the broader pavement failure. The surrounding roadway has extensive interconnected cracking, deteriorated asphalt, uneven patch edges, and areas that appear to be breaking apart around the repair. Please inspect the full affected area and include this location in the City’s repair or resurfacing list. Thank you so much!
