Other: This neighbor has been parking on the sidewalk for the past two weeks. This is a family neighborhood where everyone uses the sidewalk, including many children and animals. It is not safe to force them to walk in the road. I also imagine it poses a driving hazard for those needing to back up on either side. School starts next week and the kids in the neighborhood will need the sidewalk to walk to the bus. I left a friendly note as I passed by, but she continues to do so.
