Other: When driving west on 9th and stopped at Lincoln, it is really difficult to see on-coming traffic from the south because of two things. There are some plants out front that are too tall and completely prevent drivers from seeing unless they pull way forward, and at that point the car is already in the street and could get hit. Also, for some reason there is a huge deck in the front yard, the kind that really belongs in someone's backyard. Why are they allowed to have a deck right there that looks terrible and blocks view of oncoming traffic? It looks so trashy.
