Other: We live in the Southern Meadows neighborhood. The trail spur from SOMO to the main trail shows evidence of some kind of vagrancy and drug use. Lots of trash, at least one needle and what looks like a small campfire. I’ve reported this to SOMO management but they are not responding. Could someone please look at this area and determine what can be done? Thank you
