Other: Stop light at Landmark and 3rd took more than 8 minutes to change green from the Landmark side and then was green only long enough to let two cars through. Second time this week. Cars were turning around and some entering intersection without the green light. A hazard. Our options to get into town are limited these days between closures and construction on both 2nd and 3rd street.
