Hello,
This area is considered to be on City right-of-way. If you plan to park there, you will still need to obtain a Neighborhood Parking Permit.

The stone parking offset was originally installed by the property owner, Google shows it was there as far back as 2007, so this parking offset will need to be maintained by the property owner. I am transferring this uReport to Parking Services to answer any questions regarding parking.
