Other: When heading south on College lately, the lights at 3rd, 2nd and 1st seemed to be perfectly time to turn red when heading south at the speed limit between each. I don’t know if this is incidental but could be much better.
Also the light at Walnut and South Dr is turning green for South Drive for lengthy periods even when there is no one waiting and even during early AM hours.
