The signs were removed from the public right of way and relocated onto private property. We discussed that feather flag signage is a prohibited sign type in the City. In accordance with Title 20 of the Bloomington Municipal Code, specifically Section 20.04.100(c)(2)(C), every property is allowed to display 3 small temporary signs without requiring a permit: 2 signs of up to 5 square feet in area and 1 sign of up to 8 square feet in area.
