Other: This is a repeat of ureport #204475... Regarding the bridge over the train tracks where Rogers becomes Madison, between 11th and 13th street. The bike lane was painted again today, and again it was painted incorrectly. The technicians have not been following the engineered design, and as a result the merge zone has gone missing. This is important to let cyclists and drivers both know that the bike lane ends. It's also important to provide a suggestion for where the merge should occur -- it is much safer to merge at low speed and high visibility at the top of the hill than at high speed and low visibility just past the crest.
