Other: Blocked fire hydrant! This has been reported several times and comes back 'resolved', but I am not sure how it was resolved. The Cassady work truck parks there everyday and overnight EXCEPT ~7-4 M-F when it is driven to work. It is directly in front of the hydrant and parked the wrong way. This has been ongoing for at least a year, probably much longer.
