Street Trees:

Other: Large Yellowjacket nest next to street in tree between the street and public sidewalk. They are swarming and flying in and out of the nest constantly. This area has children from a daycare center and nursing home residents walking by every day all day. These are black aggressive yellowjackets that are constantly in the air. Is this something the city takes care of?
