Other: Abandon garage/building at Orris and W. Cottage Grove. Overgrown vegetation, dumping, attracting transients AGAIN. Out of town owner. No work has been done on the lot in a year. We are trying so hard to clean up this neighborhood. The continued neglect of this property attracts dumping, drug use and the criminal element... at the expense of taxpaying neighbors and tenants that surround it. Please address this issue, it is the last problem property in the immediate area.
