Other: There is currently a flagger and Grimes is limited to traffic flowing in one direction. Traffic flow is severely limited coming from Grimes east of Walnut, which is particularly challenging with the current limitations on Washington (local traffic only). The Grimes lane closure is also not listed on the road work page that you ask people to monitor.

Engineering has spoken with the contractor to ensure both directions of travel have a chance to proceed when safe to do so. This is just a flagging operation, not a full closure of Grimes. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you
