Other: Using this intersection is very difficult when heading north on Madison to turn left to go west on 17th st. Theirs is not an adequate turn lane or signal to accommodate how many at peak times want to turn left to head west on 17th st. I know this is being looked at as a part of a whole roadway redesign, but this needs to be prioritized as a part of it. No one can get through and the traffic is infuriating. It is incredibly difficult to head west in this town. Please ensure this is factored into the future plans here.
