Other: Lots of uneven surface and potholes in crosswalk and brick embellishment at the B-Line Trail crossing W 2nd St. What is the timeline for how long the construction project will affect this pedestrian crossing? Cars are not yielding now to the same extent as they were before all the construction. Hard for wheelchair pedestrian to see past the cones to the West to check if cars are coming before crossing. Missing crosswalk stripes painted on the road. Crosswalk across the Wendy's/Kroger parking lot entrance is not wheelchair accessible. I'll attach a pic of that in a different ticket.
