Other: There are trees planted within a few feet of the center stop signs on eastbound 7th Street. Why? If you can't see the sign, you wont stop. No trees should be planted within this distance to a sign. It looks ridiculous and poorly thoughout. Remove the trees that are directly in front of signs.
