Sewer Problems (Sanitary Sewers):

Other: The sewer cover in this area was covered with soil over the winter when snowplows came through to clear the snow from the grassy area to locate water/sewer lines. You can no longer see it. It is possible that it needs to be cleaned out based on issues I'm experiencing in my home nearby.

That is a water main valve (6-8"). That cover has nothing to do with sewer. Is there another cover you are talking about in the picture I might have missed.
