Other: We entered the appartement and discovered it was badly water damaged, bending floors, rotten cabinet, rotten pillars of the wardrobe with structure peeling off and with possible ongoing flooding everytime there’s rain. We also noticed a clear water bump on the ceiling. The water pressure is non existent with no warm water and the shower is leaking through the shower head and on the floor after taking a shower. Overall state of the appartement was in a very poor condition with dead bugs all over the floor. The move in inspection was done incorrectly and appartement was not even cleaned. We are students from Europe and really want a stable situation and need a house that is habitable soon because of starting the studies next week on Monday 24th.
