Other: This Silver Toyota Camry has been parking in the handicap parking out front of building 504 at the Village at Muller Park for a few weeks now and I have just now learned from the owner that she is not disabled and is “borrowing” the tag from someone so she always has good parking. I have friends and family members who are disabled and due to limited parking being taken up by someone without a disability, they are unable to get the parking they would need for access to visit- as well as any residents living there who may also be disabled.
