Other: On the northwest side of 2nd & Walker, the construction work has cut a massive opening in the multi-use path. The asphalt is gone across the entire width of the trail, and there is a probably 5-8 inch deep abyss that is very dangerous on a bike, and would certainly be challenging for anyone walking or in a wheelchair trying to get through there safely. Can this be addressed?
