Other: Some transient has abandoned their foul smelling waste her next to the church dumpster. Seems unfair to force the church to dispose of it, please have someone come clean up this biohazard.

Thank you for your message. The City does not provide clean up on private property, but our Homelessness Response Coordinator contacted outreach workers to alert them in case they know of an individual who would reclaim their property.
