Other: at 514 W. Allen St., tree limb fell in alley & knocked out power all along north W. Allen St. at 2am. Tree limb fell on house power line. House power line in yard. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE. OWNER KURT RUBECK DIED MID JULY 2026, SO NOT ABLE TO CONTACT HIM. Yard is terribly overgrown, so may be difficult to see power line. SAFETY ISSUE
