Sign not present upon inspection on 09/15/2026. Please note that per City Code Section 20.04.100(c)(2)(C), every property is allowed to display 3 temporary signs without requiring a permit (2 signs of up to 5 square feet in area and 1 sign of up 8 square feet in area). Based on the photo of this sign, it looks like it would likely meet the 8 square foot size limit. Engineering determined this is not a line of sight issue as this is on private property, not at an intersection.
