Other: Road was torn up for a sewage/utility repair roughly 1.5 months ago and was never properly repaved/restored. Mud is encroaching into yards, several people have slipped in the mud due to its close proximity to the mailboxes. Some cannot park close to their homes, one cannot get to the next road, they have to turn around and go to the opposite end of the street to get to the next block. The landlord is a slumlord who keeps the neighborhood roads a wreck but THIS situation has gone on too long!
