Other: Potholes in the parking lot belonging to ws property group https://www.wspropertygroup.com/properties Have damaged my car at $280 for a tire replacement- would I have to seek compensation through them ? as the holes seem to have been there awhile causing unsafe conditions. I have currently left a message with them at 812.332.9575 (Wininger/Stolberg Property Group)

Michael, Because these potholes are located on private property, we do not have any way to enforce they are repaired. According to Beacon, the owner is Walnut Park Development LLP.
