Other: I am writing on behalf of the tenant, Kamala to request that the City check if there is a sewer clog or other issue causing her washing machine, toilet and bathtub to drain slow and cause water to overflow onto her carpet and flooring. Since she reported problems I (landlord) have hired a contractor who augered the exterior cleanout and snaked from the interior drain. Both were clear until reaching to approx the middle of the road in front of the house. Her neighbor across the street (last house on left before train tracks) is also having problems with water back-ups.
