Other: Dear Whom it may concern, I have a question related to my previous report (https://bloomington.in.gov/crm/tickets/view?ticket_id=214067). I saw that many kids drive dirt e-motorbikes threatening pedestrians on the park road. Is it legal for them to drive those motorized vehicles on the park trails? Currently, park regulation prohibit any motorized vehicles on the park trails. I think that they are definitely motorized vehicles because they are not e-bicycle with pedals. Therefore those e-motorbikes are not allowed on park trails under current rules. Am I right? I am wondering why city is not taking action (such as impose fines or warning etc.) for this serious violation. You should see how these kids are threatening pedestrians and stunting on the trails and streets. They are just literally racing in the jackson creek trail shouting "get out of the way" to the pedestrians. I reported this to 911 since last year three times. How long we should wait? It is a matter of time before somebody, either one of those kids or pedestrians, get seriously injured or worse. Please put the police officer on the trail between 4-7 pm. If the police wants to identify them, I have the video of these kids. PLEASE take this seriously. Thanks.
