Parking Meters and Citations:
Other: Cars park on the street next to the stop sign and fire hydrant on Cascade Ave. Where they park forces you to get into the oncoming lane of traffic to get around them. There are trees and hedges blocking the view from Gourley Pike, so it creates a dangerous turn off of Cascade Ave onto Gourley Pike, and from Gourley Pike onto Cascade Ave. I have almost been hit head on 3 times in the last 3 weeks
