Other: Same issues as previous complaints in 214205 and 214018. Bline has become out of control at all hours, but especially at night. The issues at City Hall have just moved 50yds south along Bline as in public camping, open drug use, alcohol use vandalism, constant littering, defecating on sidewalks, against buildings, creating a votile, unsanitary environment, harassment of people using Bline etc. While not sure the answer this is completely unacceptable. The security drives by and does nothing. This needs attention as Bline is becoming out of control and this area sadly is the new spot where problems are the same as previously mentioned City Hall. Same cast of characters and would be nice if something could be done. Not the Bloomington anyone wants especially those of us who live downtown and businesses downtown or users of the Bline…..
