Other: My retaining wall was tagged by something like nail polish or paint. I attempted to submit a ureport yesterday but find no record of it now. I am in Prospect Hill and want to know how to remove this tag without harming the limestone, if there is any information the City can provide. I hope to reach out to our neighborhood association as well, but haven't yet. I filed a police report, no. B26-54606. Thank you.
